Have you heard the one about British made refrigerators? They are so unreliable (like their cars) that they've grown to enjoy warm beer! Boom, boom! Beer in the UK tends to be stored and served at cellar temperature (usually between 10 – 14 degrees). Think Bitter, Mild and Brown Ales, Indian Pale Ales, Stouts and Porters, Old Ale and English Barleywine, the mother country goes way back in its brewing history. With no disrespect to the queen, us antipodeans still like our beer cold!
