Loads of juice, with a lush hop profile on the nose dominated by tropical fruits, grapefruit, strawberry, and that typical Talus wood-like flavour profile. The body is thick, loaded with proteins, allowing a judicious use of hops across a DDH. The sweetness is in balance with the hop load, facilitating a certain drinkability.
