Until very recently Danish beer was all about international-style pale lagers with green labels... 'a little pond, inhabited by one great white shark and the odd sardine.' Today dozens of styles and hundreds of craft beers are brewed in Denmark. Danes should be proud of this incredible transformation of their national drink.
