Cider
Cider is the fermented juice of apples and may include some pear juice. Perry is the fermented juice of pears and may include some apple juice. Perry is also known as pear cider. There are two main styles. 'New World' cider and perry is made primarily from culinary/table fruit. 'Traditional' cider encompasses the traditional ciders of England and France and typically show some tannin. Got it! Too easy!
