The 2023 vintage began its life in December 2022 when Bridge Road filled oak barrels with whole cherries, freshly picked at a local orchard in Stanley. The barrels returned to the brewery that afternoon where they were filled with a golden base beer ahead of a 12-month secondary fermentation.
The resulting beer has a vibrant cherry colour, aroma and flavour, with a refreshing natural acidity and cleansing sour finish.
